How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP under the "RSVP" tab by August 10, 2026. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your invitation (for example: Aunt Maria, Mrs. Johnson (teachers), Grandma; omit titles like Mr. or Ms.). If your invitation lists two names, please enter the first name shown.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes! all the info you need on how to book will be located under the "Hotel" tab.

When is the wedding?

Our wedding will be on Sept. 26, 2026. the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so we ask that all guests be seated by no later than 4:20.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Our ceremony and reception will take place at Stone Hall—2210 Old Stagecoach Rd, Kyle, TX 78640

What time should guests arrive?

All guests are welcome to arrive any time after 3:45 pm, however as stated above all guests are asked to be seated by no later than 4:20.

What is the dress code?

Formal / Black Tie Optional! Use this as your chance to dress up! Ladies put on your best dress and gentleman put on your best suit. Please REFRAIN from colors such as white, ivory, cream etc.

What airport should I fly into?

For the very few of you flying in, fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). It is less than 20 minutes from the hotel!

Is transportation provided to/from the venue?

Transportation will not be provided. If you plan to drink, please be safe and arrange a uber or carpool. The venue is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes — all invitations were addressed either to "Mr. and Mrs." or to a named guest plus a plus-one. If your invitation did not specifically include a plus-one and you believe it should have, please reach out to Emma or Alexander and we will correct it.

Are children invited?

Yes! While we’d love for everyone to enjoy a night out, we understand childcare isn’t always possible. If you received an invitation, you’re important to us and we want you here. Please keep children with their parents for the duration of the event—we ask that no children be left unattended or running around unsupervised.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors; the reception will take place indoors.

Will there be food and drinks? (Are there dietary accommodations?)

Yes — we’ll be serving barbecue for dinner. If you don’t eat meat, we won’t have a full separate entrée, but there should be some vegetarian finger foods available; we recommend eating beforehand if you have specific dietary needs.

What if I prefer to give cash?

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a parking lot at Stone Hall.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We would greatly appreciate it if all phones stay put away during the ceremony. We will send out photos as soon as we receive them!
